  • Pricing for the standard workstation system from Dell, Best Buy or Office Depot should range between $400-$600 for a good system that will support our software and last for a several years
  • Pricing for a Dell Server (Preferred) ranges from $1100-$2500 and depends on the hard drive and software configuration, one of our techs can assist with this.

  • Epson or Star Themal Receipt Printer with AutoCutter 80mm not 58mm 
  • Pricing for the printers ranges between $150-$250
  • The Bar Code Printers we like are the Brother Ql Series and the Zebra brand.
  • The Brother QL700 usually sells for under $100 at most office stores, with labels readily available.
  • The ZebraLP-2844 is a higher quality printer but it sells for over $300
  • Cash Drawers by MMF or other suppliers that connect to themal receipt printers with an RJ11 or to the Computer with a USB
  • Pricing for Cash Drawers ranges between $50-$99
  • Wireless Bar Code Scanners by Symbol or other well know suppliers
  • Pricing for Scanners ranges between $50-$499 (Depends on the Use of the Scanner) Contact Support to discuss 
  • Credit Card Swipes by Magtek with Software to program them
  • Pricing for Card Swipeers ranges between $20-$50
  • The preferred Credit Card processor is X-Charge www.x-charge.com but we can work with other if they can interface with PC Charge and supply the software from Verifone
