Point of Sale

Use Topline's Touchscreen optional point of sale module for quick customer checkout. It is ideal for scanning or manually entering part numbers that are stocked for a basic invoice. Customer lookup and additions are still included for order tracking. Credit Card integration is available and most electronic cash drawers are supported.

Parts Counter

A more traditional invoice style is used at the parts counter. This version has a place for vehicle information and more detail than a POS screen. Simple labor lines can be added and multiple kits are supported.

Inventory Management

All inventory is managed within the program for all modules. Set Min & Max ordering points, seasonal stocking levels, create paper or electronic POs. Multiple bin locations per part are supported.

Multiple Work Order Styles

With Topline, you choose what style work order is best for you. We have very simple invoice style orders that can group parts and labor together. We also have Job Style work orders that separate the parts, labor techs, payees and notes for each line item. Jobs can also be created as estimates or quotes and then converted to work orders. This prevents stock from being consumed by estimates.

Scheduling and Work Flow

By combining the Shop Scheduler, Tech Time Clock and Reports modules, you will always know the status of incoming jobs and work in progress. Open Order reports can show if parts have been ordered, have arrived and whether the vehicle is here to begin work. Multiple techs can share jobs if needed by clocking in and out of individual lines. Get a better handle on what your techs are working on and how efficient they are.

Mobile Service

Topline's Shop program can allow you mobile service techs to stay connected to the main office. Jobs can be created at the shop and then pushed to mobile users. Route scheduling and work completion can be tracked. Parts can be ordered for techs while they are still on the road. Inventory in the shop and the mobile van can be tracked separately.

Work from Home Office

Don't get stuck going back to the office, when you need to quickly look at tomorrow's schedule. With Remote Access, you can connect to the exact same screens from home as at the shop. All connections are secure and password protected. Accountants can assist with the books, without coming to the office.

RDP for all Work Stations

Using Remote Access (RDP), work stations in or outside of the building can connect with the Topline program. Just as long as there is a good WiFi signal and your program is set up for Remote Access, you won't be tied down by a cable connection.
